A 5-touch outbound playbook: research → trigger-based first touch → value-only bump → break-up → revival. Each step has explicit conditions, a personalization checklist, and a hard stop on negative signal. Emits the next email and the rationale.

State machine:

T3 (Social proof, +5d): Named customer in same segment + one number.
